The amazing SYLBUTMENT – the very first in the world!
The even surface contact of the circular grooved pattern
evenly distributes chewing force, which prevents
the screw from loosening and the abutment from swaying.

▶When the abutment screw is fastened,
elastic deformation occurs around the grooves of the
SYLBUTMENT, creating a force which moves the abutment and
fixture together.
Even when the force is removed, the sealing effect can still be

In a conventional abutment,
the gap between the fixture
and the abutment may increase gradually
due to repeated chewing forces.

As shown in the above figure,
chewing forces are experienced asymmetrically due to the grooves of the
SYLBUTMENT acting as an elastic body.

This firmly maintains the sealed state of the abutment and distributes the
chewing forces evenly in the fixture.


1. Insert the abutment into the fixture.
2. Tighten the abutment screw 35N-cm until it fastens.
3. When the abutment screw expands, the exterior of the abutment connects to the interior of the fixture.
4. Apply chewing force.

01 If the length of the screw expands

5. Additional tensile force is applied to the abutment screw
(this causes the abutment screw to expand)
6. The abutment screw cannot resist the tensile force, and its shape permanently changes
7. The contact between the abutment and fixture is loosened
8. Eventually, the contact will break ,and the fixture and abutment will separate
