Our Simple 10-day Return Policy
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched. We are committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 10 days from the date of delivery. Dcl dencare will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost. Dcl Dencare will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/production. The 10 days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
In case you may wish to return your item(s), please ensure that you follow the instructions given below, in order to ensure a hassle-free and speedy refund.
· Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 10 days of receipt.
· If you wish to get the product replaced, please call/e-mail our customer support center.
· Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
· Item(s) should be returned in the original box. The box should not be damaged/ tampered with by sticking label or otherwise writing on it.
· Sachets/packets accompanying the box should not be opened/tampered with.
· Refund/replacement for goods/merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Dcl dencare team.
· Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
· Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Dcl dencare's 10 Day Returns Policy."
· Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
· Please do take care that that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
· In order to offer you the hassle free replacement service, it is required to get the product condition checked before sending out the replacement unit. Hence, we need to acquire the defective/damage product before processing replacement or a refund.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
1. If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Dcl dencare voucher.
2. If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.
If order is Recieved and cancelled in 10 days after shipping , 10% on the Entire Bill amount will be charged .
Do you allow exchanges?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on Dcl dencare
