How do I place an order?
Ordering at dcldencare.in is easy. Placing your first order at dcldencare.in? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and that's it! How will my order be delivered to me?
Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from email@example.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.
I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes, if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone & you can deposit the money in our Company’s Bank Account. Give us a call on our Customer Support number.
Even Cash on Delivery option is available now, Charge of Rs. 250 is applicable extra.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
Net Banking 2-4 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business day
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails every step ( On Request ). Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end or you can call our customer care for docket number and details .
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.
For certain product categories such as Furnance/Model Trimmers once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages . In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.
Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?
In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
Trial is the product is not allowed , once packaging is open it will not be replaced . For more information please check our Return policies.
Do you allow exchanges ?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.
Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
